Experience required: Sale, Negotiation: 1 to 2 years minimum in real estate.
Your mission :
- Commercial prospecting in your sector
- Management of your seller and buyer customer network
- Customer support, property valuation
- Analysis of buyers' needs and organization of visits
- Negotiation and preparation of contracts and sales files
Your profile :
- You have a successful commercial experience, ideally in the real estate sector
- You have real interpersonal skills, you are attentive and you have a strong sense of service
- You are autonomous, enthusiastic, dynamic and persevering. You have a team spirit and initiative
- You master the Office and Internet pack
- Fluency in English is desirable
